Add Activity Codes

CollectMax has some standard Activity Codes; however you can add additional activity codes as needed. Activity codes can be attached to documents and translated for upload on some interfaces.

Create a New Activity Code from Claim Tab

From any claim, click the tab to display the Claim Screen,

and click the button.

Click the button to display the Activity Entry Screen.

Click the button to display the Add Activity Code Screen.

Click the button to display the Add Activity Code Edit Screen.

Code: Enter the New Activity Code. It must be longer that 4 Characters.

Description: Enter a Description of the Activity

Activity Class: Select Default or Call from the list. All Activities should be Default unless they are a CALL activity.

Long Description: This field is not required and can be used to better describe the Activity Code.

Click the button to add a new code to the available Activity Codes List.
